Robocop 3 was a great sci-fi movie from 1993. It stars Robert John Burke as Robocop, who is out to avenge the death of his partner and save Detroit from the bad guys. In a car chase scene, a bunch of money is thrown into the street to attract kids in the way of Robocop’s chase.
